Faculty Empowerment<\/h2>\n

The Secretary organizes a common\u00a0\u201cFaculty Development Programme\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0for the teachers of all\u00a0PSG Schools<\/strong>\u00a0before the commencement of every academic year. Faculty development programme is conducted by the Secretary periodically in the school. The empowerment programme for teachers help them follow the best methods that facilitate efficient Teaching-Learning experience in the classroom. Teachers are exposed to regular orientation and training programmes to keep them updated in their respective disciplines.<\/p>\n

In-service training for teachers are conducted by the School Education Department periodically to update them whenever a new practice or syllabus is introduced.<\/p>\n

English Language Teachers Association of India (ELTAI), Cambridge Assessment English Training, New Science Equipment and Demonstration Training, Effective Online Classes Training, Usage of Google Tools \u00a0Training, etc., \u00a0are conducted by the Management for the \u00a0timely improvement of teachers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

Mr. K.Kannan, Asst. teacher, attended the Orientation Programme  <\/strong>for Tamil   handling teachers conducted by Kumaraguru College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore on 19th<\/sup>  September 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n

Mr.R.Kesavamurthi, <\/strong>Founder of \u201cIgniting Young Minds<\/strong>\u201d (A Social Service Platform in Education Domain)  conducted a class for Students & Faculty of the school on 13th<\/sup> August 2025,and shared ideas on how  to focus, serve and uplift children who require educational needs, etc\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Govt. of Tamilnadu conducted an in-service training on the topic \u201c Ennum Ezhuthum Teaching Learning Methodology\u201d <\/strong>for teachers handling Standards\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0I to V from 9th<\/sup> \u00a0June to 16th<\/sup> June 2025. at Govt. Hr.Sec. School, Kuniyamuthur, Coimbatore. All aided teachers attended the training on alternative days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Faculty Trip<\/h1>\n\n\n

A trip to PSG Farm, Anaikatti, was arranged for all teaching and non-teaching staff on 1st August 2026. Various recreational activities, games and academic discussion were conducted. It was really a great time for all.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
